Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age. Be legally entitled to work in Canada. Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (CAEC or GED), or a Journeyman's Certificate. Ability to communicate clearly in English under stressful conditions. Have a valid Class 5 driver's license without GDL status and no more than six demerit points. Must be at least three years clear from any criminal activity. Meet the NFPA 1580 standard for medical conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced First Aid (AFA) certificate or higher. CPR-HCP or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Alberta Class 3 driver's license with an air brake endorsement or provincial equivalent.
